If for any reason you are unhappy with any gift purchase from Abelia Home, please contact us within seven days, Please do not return any item without first calling Abelia Home (perishable & personalised items can not be returned). For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns. We are sorry but we can not refund the cost of return delivery.

Please allow a two week delivery where items are made especially for you.

Abelia Home, have made security a priority. Your privacy is completely protected when you shop online. All transactions are made on a secure server, which will protect your information. All credit/debit cards are encrypted and never stored.

Abelia Home can not be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the customer.

In the unlikely event we show an incorrect price on our website, Abelia Home, reserves the right to cancel the order. Abelia Home will notify you and you will be given a choice to proceed with the adjusted order.

If a parcel is returned to us through no fault of our own we will not be able to offer a refund.  We can forward the parcel on to you at an extra delivery cost.

So as not to delay your order we reserve the right to substitute any single item in our hampers or packaging, this will always be equal or to a higher value.
