For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns. We are sorry but we can not refund the cost of return delivery.

As all personalised items are handmade colour and design may vary slightly from the picture.

If a parcel is returned to us through no fault of our own we will not be able to offer a refund.  We can forward the parcel on to you at an extra delivery cost.
